PAGE ONE INSIGHTS
Illustration of the portal dashboard with sample data.
What you can do
No more guessing whether the marketing is working. The portal shows the inputs and the outcomes side by side.
Every form fill, tracked call and Google message in one list, with where it came from and what happened next.
New reviews as they land, drafted replies you can approve in one tap, and the trend over time.
Views, searches, calls, direction requests and website clicks from your profile — the numbers Google itself reports.
See what we changed on your site, what is waiting for your approval and what is in review.
Plain-English monthly reports on rankings, visibility and leads, kept in one place instead of buried in email.
Invoices, payment history and your payment method on file — handled by our payment gateway, never stored by us.
Ask a question, request a change or send a photo to the people working on your account; the thread stays on your record.
Mobile app
The Page One app for Android — “Page One Portal” on Google Play — shows your leads, reviews, performance, website changes, reports, invoices and messages, and can notify you when something needs your approval. An iOS app is in development.
Already a client? Ask your account manager for the app, or contact support.
Google data
Some features connect to Google through official APIs. Here is exactly what is accessed, by whom, and why — and how connecting works.
Connected by clients
What we access Listing info, posts, reviews, photos and performance insights for the locations you choose. Why So we can manage your listing for you and show its performance in the portal.
Clients whose site we build
What we access Search queries, impressions, clicks and positions for your website, and its traffic reports. Why So we can verify and report on the website we built for you and tell Google about new pages.
Staff accounts only
What we access Client correspondence in the connected staff mailbox. Why So our team can send and receive your emails from inside our CRM and keep them on your record.
Staff accounts only
What we access Availability and the appointments our system books. Why So onboarding calls and specialist appointments land at times staff are actually free.
Access is granted only through Google’s own consent screen and can be revoked at any time. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except to provide the service, comply with law or with your consent. Humans only read it for support or security, or when you ask.
Page One Insights’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
0 1
Our team sends you a secure link. Google’s consent screen lists every permission before you approve; we never see your password.
0 2
Pick which Business Profile locations (and, for sites we build, which website property) the connection covers. Each links independently.
0 3
Performance, reviews, listing changes and search data sync nightly and on demand, and appear in the portal and your reports.
0 4
Remove access from your Google Account permissions page or ask us. Tokens and cached data are deleted within 30 days.
Security basics
The portal runs on the same systems our own team uses every day. These are the ground rules.
Google and other connections use official OAuth consent screens; we never ask for your Google password and you can disconnect at any time.
Portal traffic is TLS-encrypted; stored data and access tokens are encrypted and limited to the staff who need them.
Card details go straight to our third-party payment gateway and are tokenised. Card numbers are never stored on Page One servers.
We do not sell personal or Google data or use it for advertising. Each client sees only their own account.
Email us from your account address or ask in the portal; deletion is confirmed and completed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
FAQ
Access is included with Page One service plans at no additional charge. There is nothing to buy or subscribe to separately — we send you a login when your services start.
Yes. The Page One app for Android (listed on Google Play as “Page One Portal”) shows the same leads, reviews, performance, website changes, reports, invoices and messages as the web portal at portal.pageone.cloud, and can notify you about new leads and items waiting for approval. An iOS app is in development. You sign in with the same email and password as the web portal — there is no separate sign-up.
Very little. It asks for notification permission only if you want alerts, and opens your photo or file picker only when you choose to upload something. It does not collect location, contacts or calendar data and contains no advertising or analytics software. The details are in the mobile app section of our Privacy Policy.
With your consent through Google’s own screen, we access your Google Business Profile to manage listing information, posts, reviews, photos and performance insights, and — for websites we build — Search Console and Analytics for reporting. We show that data in the portal. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, never use it to train AI models, and do not share it except to provide the service, comply with law or with your consent. Every API and permission is listed on our Google API Services page; the summary is in our Privacy Policy.
Email info@pageoneinsights.com from the address on your account, or message us in the portal. We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, keeping only records the law requires. Details are on the Account & data deletion page.
Portal access comes with every Page One service plan. Talk to us about your goals and we will show you what your dashboard would look like — or sign in if you are already a client.
